Organization & Development Officer
Requirements:
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work with others in a multidisciplinary team as well as others in a team
- An understanding of business principles, a professional & confident manner Ability to inspire the trust of others
- A willingness to take on high level of responsibility
- Ability to contribute and to implement organizational strategy
- Willing to be placed at Kendal (Central Java)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Educational Management/ Human Resource Management
- Good knowledge in Training Need Analysis and Training Matrix
- Experience in deliver and facilitate training, both in-class or outdoor
- Minimum experience 3-4 years in Organization & Development area
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
